By placing an order on the website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The contract

Your order is an offer to Peters Edition Ltd to buy the goods in your order. The contract of sale between you and Peters Edition Ltd for the sale of any goods is liable to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and will only be concluded when Peters Edition Ltd has received and accepted your order, received payment in full, and dispatched the goods.

Ordering

How will you know that your order has been received?

As soon as you place an order, we will send you an email confirming the details and your order number.

How long will it take to receive your order?

We aim to dispatch products which are in stock in the UK the next working day after we receive your order. If the products you have ordered are currently out of stock in the UK or if they will be produced on demand, we aim to dispatch them within 15 working days from the date of your order. We will contact you by email if your order is likely to take longer than 20 working days to be dispatched.

UK customers should receive products within 7 working days after the dispatch date. Customers outside the UK should allow 3 weeks after the dispatch date before contacting us. These delivery times are intended to be an estimate only and, subject to the other Terms and Conditions of Sale, we will not be liable for any loss (including loss of profit), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in delivery of the goods (even if caused by our negligence).

Where will my order be dispatched from?

Orders will be dispatched from the UK warehouse of our distributor, Faber Music Distribution.

When will we charge your card?

We will take payment from your card via PayPal when you place the order.

How much does postage cost?

All orders are despatched by courier

Who is responsible for customs charges?

You are responsible for any customs charges levied once the package reaches the specified destination.

Cancellation and returns policy

Cancellation policy

You can cancel any order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods purchased. You must contact us to let us know you have decided to cancel the order, and send the goods to the address we specify no more than 14 days later. You are responsible for any postage costs to return the goods. Please write your order number clearly on the package. We will refund all payments received from you in relation to the cancelled order within 14 days of the goods being received at the address specified.

Returns policy

If you contact us and return the goods in an unused and undamaged condition to an address specified by us within 30 days from the day you receive the goods, we will refund the purchase price. We will not refund the delivery costs of your initial purchase and you are responsible for the return costs. Please quote your order number when contacting us. This policy does not affect your statutory rights including your right of cancellation.

What if my goods are damaged in transit / faulty?

Please contact us within 30 days. We will then decide the best action to take to ensure you receive your replacement goods or refund quickly and safely. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions of sale will be subject to English law, and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
