Ordering
How Long will it take?
The majority of products listed on the Peters Edition website will be in stock when your order is placed. We aim to despatch the items held in stock within 3 working days from receipt of your order. Payment will be made on the day your order is dispatched. If you are ordering in the UK , goods in stock should reach you within 7 working days of despatch. Customers from Europe and other overseas territories should allow a 3 week period from date of despatch before contacting us.
If the items you have ordered are currently out of stock in our London warehouse, we will endeavour to despatch the goods within 2 weeks from the date of your order. Our customer service staff will be in direct contact with you by email if your order is likely to take longer than 3 weeks to be dispatched.
How will I know that my order has been received?
As soon as you place your order an automatic e-mail response will be generated and sent to you. This will notify you and confirm your order number. Please keep this e-mail in a safe place.
The Contract
No contract exists between you and Peters Edition for the sale of any goods until Peters Edition has received and accepted your order, and Peters Edition has received payment in full. Once the payment has been received by Peters Edition there is a binding legal contract between us. By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via email when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
When will Peters Edition debit my credit card?
We will only take payment from your credit card on the day the goods are despatched and not before.
In which currency will my card be debited?
All payments will be charged in Sterling.
The prices shown for goods on editionpeters.com relate to your country of origin. If your order has been shown in Euros as you have progressed through the e-commerce process on the site, your card will be charged the Sterling - Euro rate as current on the day your payment is debited.

Returns Policy
What if my music has been damaged in transit?
Please contact us by email or phone (sales@editionpeters.com 00 44 20 7553 4000) immediately you
receive the damaged package. We will then decide the best action to take to ensure you receive your
replacement goods quickly and safely. This will not affect your statutory rights.
What if I am unhappy with the goods received for other reasons?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you have received please contact us by e-mail or
phone (sales@editionpeters.com 00 44 20 7553 4000) immediately you receive your order, and
outline the problem with the goods received. We operate a flexible and customer-friendly returns
policy, but do require that the complaint and/or goods are received within 30 days from receipt of
goods.
Always be ready to quote your editionpeters.com order number when contacting our customer service department. This will ensure that your enquiry is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Your right to cancel – Distance Selling Regulations 2000
Under this section of UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for purchases of any goods supplied by us, providing you return them, clearly marked as Contract Cancellation, within the 7 working day ‘cooling-off’ period from the date of your editionpeters.com receipt. Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on the package – this will enable us to refund you quickly for the value of the goods. Please note: if you choose to return the goods in this way, you will be liable for the postage charges from and to Peters Edition. It is recommended that you return the goods to us using a trackable or recorded delivery service.
Data Protection
Peters Edition will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless Peters Edition is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Applicable Law
These terms of sales and the supply of goods will be subject to English law, and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
