The Mazurkas Op. 33 is the sixth volume in the series Works by Chopin. Facsimile Edition. Given the series no. A IV/33, it contains facsimiles of the autograph Stichvorlagen of the four Mazurkas: in G-sharp minor (No. 1), C major (No. 2), D major (No. 3) and B minor (No. 4).

These manuscripts, intended for the Leipzig publishing firm of Breitkopf & Härtel, are currently held at the National Library in Warsaw, under the shelf-mark Mus. 221 Cim. This volume comprises two books: the facsimiles of the autographs, and a scholarly commentary by Pawel Kamin'ski, published in six languages.
