Whilst we’re happy to supply materials at short notice, we recommend that you place your order at least 1 month before you require your music.

Please provide the following information:
1. Composer
2. Title
3. Your name
4. Your address
5. Performing organisation (if appropriate)
6. Date from which you require the materials
(Charges are normally made per month. If you are unsure how many months you would like, please ask for quotes for 1 month’s hire, 2 month’s hire etc).
7. Performance date(s) (NB: Repeat performances are normally charged at a lower rate than the first performance)
8. Performance Venue(s)

ALL ORDERS MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING
To request further materials such as a perusal score or for further information, contact us by phone, fax, letter or email with as much of the above information you can specify.

We may take credit card details as deposit against the loan of perusal scores. In such cases, charges will only be made in the case of non-return, late return or damage sustained to the materials.
If you are planning to record or broadcast the performance, please inform us in advance.
